From the moment the guests arrive at the resort, the family members will ensure every element of a guest's stay is immaculately organized, from ensuring the room is in perfect condition to dealing with laundry and dinner reservations and imparting local information on shopping, beaches, walks, activities, festivals, history and customs.
Prior to arrival, guests are asked to complete a brief questionnaire informing their butler of their favourite types of music, films, food and other creature comforts, to make them feel as much at home as possible. It's all about making guests feel part of The Amala family.
The Amala's butlers have good knowledge of all the resort's health and wellness elements, but guests can request private consultations with the Spa Manager for a complete and personal programme. This can also be conducted with The Amala's Chef de Cuisine to devise a tailor-made diet plan.
